Empire Clean Cities works with private businesses in the alternative fuel space, such as manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or end-users. We also work with organizations who promote clean transportation and alternative transit solutions in New York City and the Lower Hudson Valley.

Empire Clean Cities Members have the opportunity to be connected to funding sources, network with clients, and showcase their technologies. Throughout the year, we host Alternative Vehicle Showcase events where members and partners can demonstrate their vehicles and vehicle technologies to the public, or to a targeted audience. The New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP) aims to accelerate the integration of advanced vehicle technologies in the commercial truck and bus sectors. The NYT-VIP is an important partnership between the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), and CALSTART.
