Why Workplace Charging?
As an employer, providing electric vehicle charging at the workplace can benefit you and your employees simultaneously. Electric vehicles charge while parked, and today 80% of EV charging takes place at home or at work. As EV adoption increases, employers have an opportunity to supply charging demand at the office. Providing EV charging helps attract top talent, build loyalty with employees, and also show your commitment to sustainable energy consumption and complement other environmental initiatives. Charging stations can also count towards LEED certifications and other GHG emission reduction and mitigation policies.
