Empire Clean Cities is partnering with the City of New York, New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC), and EVgo to test the potential for electric vehicle (EV) use in shared use mobility spaces and to reduce emissions from the transportation sector by promoting EVs directly to ride-hailing drivers, while also supplying Level 3 charging infrastructure. ECC will conduct an education and outreach campaign to increase awareness of the program and the benefits of electric vehicles to both for-hire vehicle (FHV) drivers and our community.
