Electric Car Guest Drive in Pearl River, NYThe Electric Car Guest Drive on May 18 featured a wide variety of electric cars including the new Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, and electric cars by Chevrolet, BMW, Mitsubishi, Nissan and others. Displays and educational demonstrations of EV charging stations were available for hands-on viewing at the event. Empire Clean Cities attended and was able to talk about the Charge to Work NY and Smart Charge programs, as well as provide other information about EVs at home, work and in public.

11th Annual Stakeholder MeetingThanks to everyone who attended the Empire Clean Cities' 11th Annual Stakeholder Meeting on May 16th, 2019 at the Queens Theatre. The event brought together industry leaders for cutting-edge discussions on emission reduction technologies and initiatives. This year's theme was "Driving the Future: Clean fuels, fleets and technologies" and included nearly 100 guests, 16 speakers, and honored Councilman Costa Constantinides. We were thrilled to once again host our Annual Stakeholder Meeting in conjunction with the 31st Annual NYC Parks' Equipment & Vehicle Show!

2019 New York International Auto ShowEmpire Clean Cities loved seeing all the different electric vehicle models at the 2019 New York International Auto Show. Regeneron Electric Vehicle Showcase in Tarrytown, NYThe Regeneron Electric Vehicle Showcase in April 2019 featured the Honda Clarity PHEV and the Nissan Leaf on Regeneron's campus in Tarrytown, New York. Regeneron already offers employee EV charging on site. In celebration of Earth Day, Empire Clean Cities helped answer questions about how to save on the purchase of a new electric vehicle in New York State, taking advantage of federal and state rebates, the Smart Charge NY program, and Charge to Work NY.

ACT Expo, Long Beach, CaliforniaACT Expo formed a strategic partnership with Fleet Owner to expand the event to encompass all aspects of technology advancements for the commercial vehicle market. Empire Clean Cities explored the six key conference themes: Urban Mobility, Goods Movement, Connected Fleet, Gaseous Fuels, Commercial EVs, and Vehicle Efficiency.

Transportation Energy Partners 2019 Energy Independence SummitEnergy Independence Summit 2019 is the nation’s premier clean transportation policy summit. The Summit provides a unique opportunity for Clean Cities Coalitions and leaders in the clean transportation industry to network and build partnerships with each other, and with key Congressional and Administration policymakers in Washington, DC.

National Biodiesel Conference & ExpoFrom January 21-24th, 2019, Empire Clean Cities joined the National Biodiesel Board at the annual National Biodiesel Conference & Expo. This year's conference was in San Diego, California, and included presentations and workshops about the current state of biodiesel. Find content and presentation links here.
